 Considering your post I'd have to say you'r a 57m SP muppet.
 Javelin Torps got nerfed because they packed the punch of torps with the speed of cruise missiles with the signature target of BC's. That was damn overpowered.
 Rage Torps are crap compared to faction ?
 Well, so is turret ammo when compared with faction ... live with it.
 Off-c turret boats hit better than turret missiles.
 First of all you compare Cruise with long range guns, not every gun out there - muppet, and then you take into account the fact that missiles always hit, and you can choose damage types.
 I'll tell you what. When CCP does 4 variants of Tremor L with different damage types, you can have more damage from cruise. Seeing how you trained long and hard those 3m SP for them, when I did 6-7.
 
 The trademark of caldari turret ships is the extreme long range they have.
 You see, having a Vulture with 200km locking range base without fitting mods would be kinda overpowered - again ... you are a muppet.
 Caldari aren't the drone race; they just aren't. Drones are something of a bonus to the other races as they can do an extra type of damage. You have missiles, so you can change the damage type as you please.
 One X-L C5-L boosts 120 HP /s in short cycles of 4s, with the repping taking place at the beginning of the cycle. LAR Accomo repps 64 HP/s with repping taking place at the end of the cycle. We need to fit 2 such LAR's to compete with your 1 X-L C5-L booster, assuming no SBA.
 
 Phoenix and Chimera are easily fitted if you are willing to dish out 20m for a faction hardener. Funny how all the ppl i know who fly them never complained about that.
 
 4 skills for 20 turrets ?

 We have 2 dam skills, 1 tracking skills, 1 cap reduction skill, 1 optimal skill, 1 falloff skill, 1 CPU reduction skill, 1 PG reduction skill, not to mention the Gunnery skill. So that is 9 skills for support from the start.
 Then we have our weapons staggered training wise, S -> M-> L.
 To train Mega Pulse II i have to train Small, Medium and Large energy turrets to 5, have 1-2 skills for support at 5, have Small and Medium Pulse Spec at 4. What do you have to train for Javeling Torps ?
 Well, Missile Launcher Op 5, Standard missiles at 3 and Heavy Missiles at 3 so the frig/cruiser weapons you don't need at T2 level, and Torpedoes at 5 which btw is a rank 4, not a 5.
 
 Let's look at tank. You guys have to train for your tank less than Armor Tankers.
 You don't need to train Speed, we do.
 
 What can I say. Yarr yourself to sleep, sell that 57m caldari char for 2b to me - i always wanted a mission runner, and yes ... you are a muppet.
 
 Caldari are the plague of EVE, little whiners that must be cleansed from TQ.
